I have seen it twice now - the older Ghost in the Shell Japanese anime, and, more recently, Hitch. The first I did with XCopy Xpress, the second with Decrypter and Shrink.
The colors darken and wash for a minute, come back, wash again, etc. for the first 45 minutes - then it seems to be OK.
What gives? I know Decrypter says "Remove Macrovision Protection" as it begins. Has anyone else encountered this?

Does it do this fithe the files on the hard drive or is it a burned DVD that this is happening on? If its a DVD then what is the brand of media you are using and at what speed are you burning it?

It does it after it is burned. I don't watch them on the computer as ripped files. I save it as a disk image (with Decrypter - Copy Xpress gives you no options) and burn from there. Ritek 4X DVD+R on a HP 200i burner. No problems with other movies as far as I've noticed.
