Can someone tell me why my CPU usage is at 100% when i don't have any programs open but the ones that are on at startup

you probably have spyware, trojans, virus's on your pc. This is a common problem for proceesor load at 100 percent. I would reccomend getting avg antivirus software, the free version and running it to see if it find something. the link

boy i just did a Spybot scan and it found 53 problems, fixed um, now my pc is twice as fast. :)
