I have ABC torrent client, Window Xp sv pack 2, a router and my download speed is 256 kbps.
I forwarded ports to 10000-60000 disabled randomize ports and also added those ports TCP and UDP in the window xp firewall.
When i connect to a torrent its green and works fine but my download speed goes around 1-10 kbs. And also theres when I connect to a torrent from isohunt i.e Hitch it never connects but the seeds should be at least 100+.

What should I do?

The ports required for ABC are 6881-6999. FOrward those ports on your internet connection (LAN connection) that your internet access flows through and forward those ports on your router as well. You should notice a significant shange in speed if done properly.

It needs to be done in both places.
