i make the files into .iso format and then burn it to dvd-r.then i use swap magic.will that work?

not without another mod to stop the PS2 from resetting when you go to swap discs.
Old chunky PS2 you can get a flip top or slide card
New slim you can get an aftermarket flip top or slimttool

other wise when you put in swap magic, then open it to swap to your back up it will reset and will not work.
