And is it in a desktop or laptop?

Cuz believe it or not that makes a difference for nVidia cards. Atleast on the driver/software side.

AMD Athlon 64bit FX-55 - OCed to 3.06Ghz -- Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe nForce4 SLI -- 4GB Dual Channel DDR400
2x 120GB Seagate 10K RPM RAID-0 -- 2x BFG GeForce 6800 Ultra 256MB PCI Express SLI -- Plextor PX-740A & TDK 40x20x52x -- Windows 7 64bit -- Maybe old and outdated but still runs quick lol

It's a well known fact that the latest drivers [rushed for battlefield 2] the 77.72 come with this video overlay problem that made watching anything impossible. but as far as I know it was just a vid problem but any way try this. Please note this fix is not from me I did not make it, It is the work of another.

Right-click on the desktop and select Properties.

From the Display Properties select Settings.

Click Advanced.

Click on the GeForce tab (this will be your video card model... example.. GeForce 6800 Ultra)

Click on Color Correction

There should be a drop down menu top left with Desktop, Video Overlay, and All. Select All from the dropdown box this should set everything to driver default and click Apply. And your video overlay gamma should be fixed.

you can try this but it really only applies to the latest drivers!
btw I had this problem and it fixed it for me.

Try using Driver cleaner pro (from driverheaven.net) in windows safe mode to unistall old drivers , then restart install your drivers of choice & finally restart again ..... you could try the Xtreme-G 80.44 dirver from tweaksrus from here http://www.tweaksrus.com/index.php?option=com_docman&task=cat_vie... ;)

have you tried downloading the patches or updates for the game? driv3r did this to me before I updated. if this don't work uninstall the game and reinstall it.

ok never mind what I said first it appears that it wont help.

now on to what will! it seem's that this game will not work with any new drivers so go here

http://www.nhancer.com/

download it install it get the latest profiles for the game and run it it seems this is the only fix besides a manual registery edit that I don't reccommend for anyone not familiar with editing registery files.
