i just finished downloading destroy all humans from azureus and in the frolder ive downloaded there are a load of ptc-dah.r01 files is that right what software do i use to burn it to a disc

Right click on the first folder of the bunch and select extract here. If you don't have that option, make sure you have WinRAR installed
