my tracker status is always saying "scrape error: Connection refused: connect" and Connection error (ConnectionException: Connectionrefused: connect". My smiley faces are also always blue, what the hell is going on. ITS SOOO ANNOYING!!!

I assume you're using Azereus then..

Well, basically the blue smiley faces mean :

When Seeding : Means That You Are Not Yet Connected To Any Peer.
When Downloading : Means that you are connected to some peers but the tracker is down.

- Looks like it's just that one torrent, try a few more and see what you'r results are.

yeah i've tried about 3 other torrents, it all the same, blue smiley faces everywhere!! is there anythinng i can do

Well.. I think you may be using old torrents.. try the latest torrents, go to http://www.mininova.org they host the latest torrents added, and you check how many seeds there are before connecting. Try a torrent with a high number of seeds.

cheers cheers. problem is fixed, must've been the torrents. Now my smiley faces are green, but they start downloading for a about 10-20 minutes then stop again and don't start up for another half n hour, usually reaching a top speed of 16kbs (256kb connection), so thats alright, but it doesn't stay there! help pls
