well you can put, Doom, Doom2, DukeNukem, Quake, etc, any other .wad games. and then you can put emulators on your psp. For example you can get a super nintendo emulator and play super nintendo games on your psp.

No you cant put yahoo games on it, however there is a psp chess and a psp tetris, and psp pacman, game.
