I obviously havent done something but I cant figure out what. I have 256K broadband and program is Azureus. I have upgraded to 2Mps but it takes a couple of weeks to "come through".

I am running WinXP, have disabled Windows firewall as far as I can see. I do have Norton Antivirus but have added Azureus to the worm protection (or should I disable Worm Prot)?. It appears as though I have disabled my Dynalink RTA770 routers firewall, Dynamic DNS is disabled, DMZ Host is "discarded'. Im pretty sure I havent got any other firewalls on my system.

I have followed intructions for Port Forwarding, put Protocol TCP/UDP, then put in my IP 192.168.1.2 as the "Forward to Internal Host IP address, then

External packet - Port Start 6881- Port End 6889
Forward to Int Host - Port Start 6881- Port End 6889

DNS is automatically assigned
Firewall - IP filtering disabled
I havent got any Static route but surely my portforwarding is working if the Natcheck comes back Pass?
DHCP start IP - 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.254 (something wrong there I think?)
UPnP enabled on both the router and Azureus.

Plllllease help, I have been been working on this for 5 days just about solidly and am about to lose it.

In Azareus:

IP filter - Enabled
Listen port - 6881
Bind to local IP add - Nothing
8 outgoing connection attempts
5KB/s glob max upload speed
100KB/s glob max download speed
50 - max upload slots per torrent
0 for max no of connec per torrent and connec globally

Well, I think thats all the info

I am currently dowloading 3 torrents and their speeds range from
0-20kB/s.

I'm curious as to what sort of download speed you are expecting?

256Kbps broadband = 32KBps

Also consider that alot of ISP's might say you are getting 256 but it could in reality be a lot lower.

Try a bandwith check and then set your upload speed from the results.

I would also consider downloading 1 torrent at a time.

No not 32Kbps, I said 32KBps. Azureus downloads are rated in KB's.
