Yeah so i have Direct X 9.0...and well i wanna play this game named Gunbound and so it says i need a Direct3d Accelerator and so i went there and it says it was not avialable and i could not enable/disable it any suggestions?

latest version of directx is 9c. what is the game specs & what is your computer specs including video card??

if using xp than sysinfo should tell you your system specs & game should have info on it for system requirements. dxdiag will tell you the version you are using

i do have xp and sysinfo is new to me since i just heard it from you and i know i have direct 9.0 i checked

which version of 9 as there is 9.0, 9.0a, 9.0b & 9.0c?? i think in program list or in control panel you'll find sysinfo so use that to see what your specs of your computer is.

i thought it was in control panel as i don't use xp & i got rid of 2 customer's computers that have xp this morning. can do a file find for sysinfo. you've got the latest directx!!

9.0c is not bad i don't think. do a search of sysinfo in widows as i'm using win98se.

CPU Speed...is that the one in GHz? and if so 2.12 it says mobile AMD Athlon(tm)XP 2800+ and its ram is 448 MB

run dxdiag at the run line as it will give you the videocard & the amount of ram on the videocard

in dxdiag click the display tab ontop than you'll see on left hand side the name & model of the video card & a bit further down still leftside you'll see Approc.Total Memory. what is that #

that is because your videocard is built into the motherboard & is sharing the main ram of 64megs. 64 + 448 = 512. what does it say for the name of the videocard in the display tab in dxdiag??
