okay check-it when my friend turns on His PC. theres a soound. maybe like this. "bipp......bipp......bip..." and so on. need help fixing it.

wrong forum as should be in other pc hardware forum. is it a continuous bip bip or what. try reseating the ram & the videocard. i presume nothing on the screen??
