I have some problems as a new user to DVD Shrink (and dvd burners). As I go thru the backup process the program takes about 1.5 hrs to analyses the movie then writes it to a file in my c drive. Then , instead of 4.3 gigs of data that should be there, I end up with something like 6 megs,,and when I burn this to dvd it is nothing but empty folders ??? Is there any help ??
