Hi I just bought this Asus laptop model Z71A, and for some reason only 2 hot keys work for me. They are the ones that allow me to turn on/off the screen. But I can't turn the volume up or down. I installed all the drivers on the CD and no luck, why??

did u try calling the company, make it sound like it's really important and maybe they'll get u a replacement
