I´ve leapt from being a neophite about burning to detecting which media look reasonable and adding subs to DVDLab Pro; my curiousity keeps enhancing and something I´ve been wondering lately is why do some DVDs have more than one title and is that related to VTS?

For instance, let´s say I would like to have two different resolutions on the same disc like 720 x 576 and another one. DVDLab Pro warns me that messing around two different resolutions could make your disc unplayable. Would that help if I had one in VTS_1 and the other in VTS_2?

I would like more light on this matter if possible.. Thanks!!!!

I logged in on March 1st 2005, and it's incredible to believe that in so short time I've learnt all that I know about DVDs from this forum...

Some DVDs have more than 1 title for different viewing angles and bonus footage and most often for Full-Screen and Widescreen. VTS files contain your video files and your software warning is correct. Changing the resolution could make them unplayable as their pre-disposed to a certain resolution already.
