Well I have been burning for a while now and I am using DVDFab. The thing is everthing was good untill I burned Kung Fu hustle and XXX State of the union. It burned the movie's and all but the burn skips the first chapter. Wierd HUH. Well it burns it but the movie starts to play there. I just burn the movie files no prev. or title screen always. If i manually rewind the movie while playing the first chapter is there but it wont start the play there. Do you think it has anything to do with Sony Productions new css crap. They are pretty slick!
After I copy the movie to the temp file I went in to check it and everything was fine when I played it back before the burn.Never seen this before. What ya think?
so what you're saying is the movie plays fine on hard disc ?. therefore it sounds like too high a burn speed/crap media or both. cold be other things as well, but that's usually what it is..
Jahanna ...... you still didn't tell us what make of disk you are using! DVDFab Express is a great program. I had no problemooooo with either movie using that program but I guess I use better media than you do! did you just use DVDFab Decrypter or was it Express? If it was Express you can make the files 4464 or change it to 4300 so it won't go too close to the hub or the outer rim! change your media and see what happens.
Well I use an assortment of Media. I went through the bad media thing a while ago. But if you would like to know I am using Hitachi Maxell DVD+R.It could be I have to change the file size. But I just got done ripping and burning with dvdshrink and DVD Decrypter and it came out fine. So I would think it would have to be something with dvdfab. I like the program dvdfab and would like to continue to use it. So if anyone has any idea what could have caused it it would help out a lot. Thanks though for the thought.
set the file size, in DVDFab Express to 4300 and then try again. use the Maxell media..... they are rated tops! Hitachi isn't as good. and just another thought, if you are still having problems...... uninstall then reinstall DVDFab Express. See what happens then!
I use DVDFab Express exclusively now! I hardly use any other program unless I want to keep the encryption to a higher quality with DVDD and then DVDRebuilder Pro! I do that occassionally just to make sure when the compression is below 85% so I can keep the quality high! But DVDFab Express is what I use 95% of the time now! So, it shouldn't give you problems at all!
