Just recently, I have noticed that the play regarding DVDs and CDs on my computer is at a choppy and sometimes a fast rate of speed, strobing, for lack of a better word. This happens on all DVDs and CDs. This has not happened until recently. Any ideas what is causing this? Sound card drivers? Other factors?
