You were burning to far out on the edge of the disc. Try reripping them and the run them through DVD Shrink with the target size set at 4350 or a little smaller. This usually doesn't happen with good quality media. What is the media code of your fuji's?

You can use this free proggy to ID who actually makes your media. http://dvd.identifier.cdfreaks.com/ Sounds like they are probably YUDEN000 T02 which is taiyo yuden DVD+R and is good media.
