VOB Blanker pal to ntsc help

OK so i decided to try out VOB blanker to convert my PAL dvd to NTSC and i get a proplem right at the start >:(

1. i used dvd drcrypter to copy the iso to my hd
2. i open vob blanker, click on browse near "input folder"
3. after about 5 mins...i get a freggin box telling me "no input path on prject file"...i click ok, and then right after it another says "error loading project" (Duh)

where am i going wrong here??

IS YOU DVD GOT CCS ON IT.IF not open dvd with vobblanker with input floder button browse and slect video_ts.ifo folder.Then you see the movie it title set right click video format and change video format to NTSC then process.Then back up with DVD Shrink.

ok i did what you said. now all the new files it created are not in a VIDEO_TS folder anymore. do i hvae to put them in a folder or is it ok if i dont?

also what about the AUDIO_TS folder...what do i do with that now? do i have to convert it too or something?

hey i just used VOB blanker and it was unsuccesful with PAL to NTSC . does it have to do with me using a different folder than the input one?? i thynk i posted too late buh if someone spots it and knos ...help! lol plzzz
