Hi, i'm looking to get a new gaming laptop. These are my choices:

P4 3.8GHz & 128 Video Ram
AMD Athlon 64 3700+ Processor 800MHz & 128 Video Ram
1.73GHz Intel Pentium M & 256 Video Ram

What should I get? It seems that mostly all high Ghz processor computers have only either have 64 or 128 Video Ram that are on the market right now. Hard to find a 256 Video ram with more than 2 gigs on market.

I just ordered my xps gen.2, 2ghz pentium m, 1 gig ram, nvidia 256 video 6800 ultra, 80gb, dvd writer, tv tuner. From what I can tell it's going to be one of the best gaming notebooks, I'll let you know more when i receive it, it ships the 29th.

I bought a Alienware 7700m. Nice lappy but .... they are heavy and they don't last more than an hour on the battery.

Mine weighed in at just over 13 lbs. and the batter lasted about 70 min.

7700 was a P4 3.4Ghz with the nVidia 6800 Go

BTW, sent it back ... waste of money :)
