I downloaded an album and it has come out as one track, so you can't select individual tracks from it. Does any one know how to put breaks between the tracks?

You can go the free route with Audacity.

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

I've never used it so You'll have to just play around with it to figure it out. Also Nero Wave Editor will work. You can probably get to use it for 30 days for free.
