i have really slow downloading speeds but i dont got a firewall or router id ont think...i just connect straight to the dsl modem and it still gives me the yellow smilyface for Azureus(NAT problem). there are so many threads that i dont know whcih one to read or not to read and i am up till 430 right now writing this..well if anyone can help me speed up my downloads thanks..

what site are you downloading from, whats the torrent like, seeds peers health...etc
