Timeout problem(s) for WINMX and BEARSHARE, please help!

Hey,

Im having problems with both Winmx and Bearshare.

Say i start winmx, after a 1/2 hr i'll have maybe a dozen downloads queued. a few hours later half of the queued downloads will turn red and say "timed-out downloading".

Ive port forwarded the ports and still cant enable a TCP connection.

It's pretty much the same with bearshare, except 99% of the sources/users are 'timed out'. Ive port forwarded, etc and nothing changed besides some files say "no push route"

This is really, really frustrating. ive been to www.portforward.com and followed their tutorials for my router and f**ked around with my static Ip, and configured my firewall but no luck.

I have dsl, a netcomm nb5 router, an windows xp
