Is there a program out there that can take apart audio songs? Like seperating the tune and the voice in a song i.e. making an instrumental?

There are 2 that i know of i personally use Magix Music Maker 7 and the other that i have not tried yet but know that is out there is a plug in for winamp call vocal remover if u go to the website i am sure u can access the plug in or use P2P
