ATI Radeon 9200 128mb Problem

I have ATI Radeon 9200 128mb AGP Video Card and ive installed the drivers and everything but the whole screen does not fillup there is still a black bar on each side of my screen....i installed my motherboard drivers restarted and it worked i could play games perfectly but when i restarted again it went back to what it was again before?...i tried installing the drivers again but same thing...

any way to fix this or make it normal?

what is the resolution with & without the black bars? what version is the videocard driver? does the monitor need driver. have you tried a different monitor to see if it might be monitor or not??
