im using a burning software called DVD Sant , when i get to 97% of burning my movie I get this message (Error Trace , KEY,ASC,ASCQ,ASCLEN = 3,c,0,a .

please help me to understand this problem

you wont be able to use this info it refers to a point where the software develpoers can pinpoint where the error occurred

I am having the same problum at the beginnig of the burn, the trace error comes up, also check too see if you can burn dvd's using any other programs thta you have. I cannot burn anything as of yet on my system, yet the burner works fine in another computer. I am also trying to figure out the cause, let you know if I get it first...lol
