I got a reading of my voltages from mbm and this is what I have come up with!

Currently

3.3: 1.5v

5.0: 1.93v

12.0: 4.6

Wondering if my psu is dying!!!!

It is an off brand 450 watt supply. I have 2 hard drives, geforce 6600GT AGP, 1 dvd burner drive, and cpu is 2.6 pentium 4.

Also in games it sometimes just shuts down and I get artifacts on screen!!

First, make sure you have the right chipsets selected in MBM. If those are correct readings, then you DEFINATELY need a new power supply. You can always double-check the voltages with a multimeter. I just reccommended a good, but inexpensive, power supply to "dyslexic" on another thread (coolermaster). However, any reputable brand name (antec, Fortron, Sparkle, PC Power& Cooling,...)should suffice. Pay the extra money for a brand name. A crappy one could fry your CPU, videocard, graphics card, etc., etc.

Check your specs in the bios to find out what you really are looking at. With voltages that low your computer wouldn't even start up, prolly wouldnt even post.

Restarts could be various problems. Possibly drives, bad hardware, corrupt windows, or not enough amps on the power supply.

disconnect all drives than measure the voltage as 1 of the drives could be causing the problem

I have had unfortunate results with MBM.
If you are used to the excellent Asus or ABit etc. OEM utilities, MBM is a poor substitute :^(
If you press 'Del' upon startup, and go into your BIOS, you will most likely find Voltage, Temp, and Fan info available to be displayed there (not the adjustment, simply a display ie. Hardware Health or whatever).
It is somewhat inconvenient to check this way, but more convenient than pulling the PS and using a PS tester (multimeter) on it...
Should put your mind at ease quickly, if readings are normal.
Voltages vary a bit from PS to PS, but more important is stability and not fluctuating - nice solid voltage, even if a little high or low or whatever.
My CPU speed was fluctuating in CPU-Z, and this was traced to fluctuating voltage in PS (was drivin' me crazy - now I got a nice 450W dual-fan Vantec; it is solid).

I just put in a new antec 430W true power in and same readings so must be the software thanks for your replies!!!!!!!
