psn30setlup PROBLEM PLEASE HELP

I have an icon on my desktop I have no idea where it came from if i try to delete it it says that the program may be in use when i stupidly try to run it I get an error that says this is not a valid win32 application the name of the icon is psn30setlup that is not an error it is really spelled that way google turns up nothing here is is my hijackthis log Does anything look suspicious:Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1
