how do i convert pal dvd to a nstc(canada)?

i hav dis southpark dvd and its pal my dvd player doesn't read it. i am wondering if der is a way for me to convert this pal dvd into a canadian dvd playerformat. its the actual dvd with da features and everything. plzz help

hey thx but that vso DivXtoDVD didnt really work da dvd is like 4.38 gb and then that program converts it into like 15 gb :| . If you guys have anymore help plzz help i need this real bad.

movie only use avi2dvd load ifo and change to NTSC, its a free app and a pro app at that

It converted it to a 15 GB file?? I have never had that problem before, maybe you could post a screenshot?

which are already dvd files like of which it outputs anyway divxtodvd

were you going from 25 to 29.97 or 23fps? would that make a difference?

hi
also try this! for each vob, i have used it on mpegs that arnt dvd compliant so they will load to authoring apps like divxtodvd + tmpgenc dvd author (no encoding - good for svcd files!!! no loss of quality)
FIRST HEADER ONLY!!!
but try vobs too...

so i use DivXtoDVD i only have to use the ifo. file? after i get the converted file i use the new one and erase the old one? i guess this is it.. i appreciate all the help
