ALright just picked up a set of Creative S750 7.1 speakers and they are nice, well sort of.

Here is my set up. Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS. RCA Cables running to a Creative Decoder DTS-100, then the Speaker RCA cables connect the sub to the Decoder as well. With the decoder set to play PC Audio, and playing my music in both WinAmp and WMP only the Front and center speaker along with the subwoofer will produce sound. At the moment I have the speakers set up in a 5.1 configuration. For some reason the rear two speakers will not produce any sound. When I run tests and diagnostics with the Sound Blaster utilities the rear speakers will pass and noise will come out of them, either feedback, or which speaker it is (rear left, rear right). Now I know that it is not the speaker because I have switched that out, as I have switched out the wiring.

Im running around in the dark here, I am not sure where to go from here, any suggestions?
