When backing up the hard drive, does that also back up the operating system too? I have another computer i'm trying to get going
and no os installation disc. I'm wondering if I can copy the hd from the good pc and put copied hd in the other. Will that get me around this windows os disc problem

the problem is that past a certain percentage in device changes & windows has to be re-authenticated unless in safe mode to remove all old drivers so windows can load it's drivers or off the device's cd.
