Bitsoup has all the lastest American releases, but some english ones are hard to come by, I would have to say http://www.bitsoup.org

ThePirateBay is good for DVDRs, usually alot of user dvdrs tho. so the quality isnt always guranteed to be the best.

I also belong to a few private sites that have a generally good selection of DVDRs but the admins have asked us not post the address publicly. But I can hook you up with an invite/ the address privatly :P
