and my cd and dvd drives wont work! They don't show up on the My Computer window, so I went to device manager to see what was wrong and it said that the driver cannot be located. Both drives said the same thing.

What can I do to fix this? My computer is a Dell XPS 600.

Remove both drives in Device Manager, reboot, and see if they show ok in Device Manager.
