Using IFOedit to split DVD9 with more that 1 main movie?

I'm trying to backup my LOST DVDs with IFOedit and placing each DVD9 on two DVD5 to I don't have to lose the quality or features. The problem is what else if each episode is in a different VOB set? How do I split this, because I know that in order to split you must open the VOB set where the MAIN movie is contained.

 I'd suggest using DL discs if your burner is so equipped .. That way you can get an 'exact' copy ...
