Im going to assume that your menus are close to mine. So this is what it looks like

Step 1 --- Click "LAN IP Setup"
Step 2 --- Click "add" under the "IP Reservation" Table, then you should see your device if your connected. Highlight the bullet and hit add. If you device doesnt show up enter it manually.
Step 3 --- Click Apply

Hope that helps.

b1gballa, How many computers do you have

I have I.Ps like this

192.168.0.1 - Main comp
192.168.0.2 - Back up Comp
192.168.0.3 - Laptop

I would recomend doing it like that.

>So go to Network connections

> Local Area connection ? (WHICH EVER ONE YOUR USING)

> click once on Internet Protocol TCP/IP

> Then click properties

> Then click on use the following I.P Address

> Type in 192.168.0.? (1,2 or 3 depending on how many computers you have)

> Subnet mask should be 255.255.255.0 on each computer

> Default Gateway should be 192.168.0.1 on each computer

>Then click on Use the following DNS Servers

> You need to get your DNS Servers, ring up your ISP (Wanadoo) and them for them ifd your unsure how to locate them, because they'll have them handy.

> Do that for each computer at the same time is possible (Click OK on one then on the other then on the next one)

> Then each computer will have a local static I.P Adress

Not sure if this is what your talking about though, shawnboy didn't you use this method to create static I.P?
