A8N-SLI Deluxe Motherboard (AMD Athlon 64FX/Athlon 64, Socket 939, nForce4 SLI, ATX, 4GB DDR, 2000MHz FSB) retail costs 159$ and oem costs 109$ so what should I buy what is the difference?

i just posted that a couple of days ago.what i found out is oem has no support from microsoft and its tied to your original equipment that it was installed with.i dont know really,but it seems to me that the full or retail version of win is better:has support in case it dosent install right[some forums you can wait days to get a reply or nobody helps you at all or you get the wrong answer and screw up your build]and the retail version might be more money but if something should break or you need a new bios or whatever the full versions gives you support with windows[not the hardware itself] thru microsoft and the oem your on your own.i myself would rather have support and let microsoft walk me thru there software.........i have been waiting all day for a post i put up this morning,and there posts that never get answered,something to think about

I have purchased a few OEM boards. At times they don't have all the bells and whistles that the retail board does. The intended manufacturer didn't need everything so it is left off.
