Problems with DVD Shrink

I recently purchased an HP Pavilion zv8000 (laptop) with a Lightscribe 8x burner. I have the same problems the Device manager claims it's a "TSST CORP CD/DVDW TS-L532M" When I try to use DVD Shrink it does not give me the option to select my burner in the Backup DVD dialog window. even if i back it up to my hard drive and then try to back that up to me burner it is not there. Has anybody else encountered this and have a solution. Thanks in advance.

Yep! But someone said that might be the problem so I am looking for an older version. They said the new one night not see my Light-scribe Burned. So we'll see!

I convinced HP to send me a new burner "TSST CORP CD/DVDW TS-L532M" (Same type), I installed it and my problems went away. I have burned several home and rented movies and all work great.

Copying rented dvd's? I wouldn't dream of doing such a thing. Lol :)
