are they 3 diffrent winrar files? Is that the name of the files? if so choose the first Winrar file and it should extract the movie out into an image file to burn.

i am not familiar with 1clickdvd
but you can try these too
http://www.vso-software.fr/download.htm
http://www.dvdplusvideo.com/index.htm
when i use Nero, i just simply add my files to be compiled and click burn, it will re-encode the .AVI format to mpeg2, it takes some time to do, but it works.
i now use 'data' format, its way fast, and simple, no encoding at all, but you need to have a stand alone that will support it.

If the files are indeed 3 seperate .avi's use virtual dub to splice them together and use VSO Divx2Dvd to convert them to a .Vob's in video_ts folder then burn it. Works great and you can find all the software you need here at AD. (note: use the 0.5 version of Divx2Dvd or else you'll get a stupid advertisement at the top of the picture)
Good Luck.

Which program can't read the file? If it's virtual dub thats not reading it you need to download FFD Show, its a codec that will make the program run. I had to tinker with it to make it work but it does work.
