eXeem anyone?

I am very new to this so go easy on me :-)

I have been using eXeem for a few weeks now but find a lot of stuff only downloads to 70 - 90% and won't continue. I have had one file at 98.8% for the last week and it won't go any further.

If you right click the file and select 'Info' it lists some names with % next to them, but I don't know what these mean.

Is there a way I can get the rest of these files, or is there a better way than exeem?

is that torrent file from extermal network or exeem network?
how many seeds with 100% ?

I the search list it said 'External' as for seeds, if that is the list under info menu there weren't any, is that the problem?

Is it best to search for files with 100% available?

You should allways dl that file which one has most seed and peers...
