Do you have a Level 1 WBR-3407A Router? And NEVER can find how to Port Forwad. With this you can Port Forward your router for P2P File share Programs. (this Info Came From the Level One Support Team)

Step one
Log into your Router, The Defalt is Logon: admin, with no password

Step two
On The Left hand side, click on Advanced.

Step Three
Choose Firewall Services. There choose Add.

Step Four
Fill in a name (call it someting like the file Sharing Program you are using or going to use) for the service and the needed ports. Also choose if you are using UDP or TCP.
After you create the service and save it.

Step Five
Now go to Firewall rules.
Here you can define the incoming and outgoing rules. Choose Add for each rule. Insert the service you have created.(It Should be at the bottom)

Step Six
Choose the PC the service is going send to.
Save the Firewall rule.

Now you have created a port forwarding in the router for the port you have specified
