hard drive file to iso or ifo?

hey i just dl a ps2 file not in iso form but it was like the disk was copied and saved straight to someones hard drive. how can i change it to iso or ifo so i can burn it.

i figured it out u have to uce Nero udf/iso to burn the image. it was just a straight copy sort of like a data disk.
