My mystery solved. I've checked few "Lords of Dogtown" dvds and have noticed the same problem with most of them. When I play the movie on my dvd player it seems to have errors on VTS_01_4.VOB. It could be that others may be having the same problem too. Just food for thought.

there have been lots of threads about this just rip with dvdfab decrypter, then create iso with shrink and burn with DVD Decrypter should work

Lat..... LOD has been ripped successfully with the new version of AnyDVD + CloneDVD2, AnyDVD + DVDDecrypter and the uptodate DVDFab Decrypter, and DVDFab Express. As soon as the new encryption that was put out on that DVD came out..... it was broken by those programs that day! Just download the new versions of AnyDVD and DVDFab!
