Few pages thataway..
Ok.. you'll need say.. DVD Decrypter. And you'll need to extract the game you downloaded (I'm assuming it was within a WinRAR archive) You'll need
high quality DVDs, eg, Tuiyo Yuden, Verbatim, TDK, etc.
Then open DVD Decrypter, click MODE>ISO>WRITE
Click the folder, then choose the game iso.
Set the burn speed to 1x.
Then click the picture below!
REMEMBER YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE YOUR PS2 MODDED!

It's probably a CD-ROM based PS2 game. How big is the bin file?

Those are image files created with Alcohol 120%. Load the mds file into DVD Decrypter and follow these directions:
1. Q. How do I burn PS2 games?
A. Use DVD Decrypter. Guide: http://www.angelfire.com/games6/easytutorial/dvddec/dvddec.html Burn at 4x on an 8x DVD-R.
2. Q. Does the type of media I use matter?
A. YES: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/3/240341 If you're too lazy to read, use Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim, Ritek, Sony, TDK, Maxell, Sony or Phillips DVD-R's. Avoid Memorex, Staples, Imation, Dynex, Princo, Bulqpaq, etc.
CMC Magnetics is garbage. Need proof (Thanks to Alkohol):

Depending on the brand, you may have to purchase a different a kind. Please mention what brand they are.
To burn those files you have. you will need Alcohol 120%, DVD Decrypter burns ISOs only.

Noo!
Use Alcohol to burn it.
And I;m not sure about the media.. if they don't work, I would switch to a good media, Verbatim, Tuiyo Yuden, Ritek, Maxell etc.

@M33K
You dont need to convert the MDF file to an ISO you can either rename it to ISO
Or you can download DVD Decrypter and choose MODE/ISO/WRITE and choose the Gun MDF file as the source and burn. (no need to worry about the MDS file)
Always use good media and limit the speed to 4x or slower.
Also you need your PS2 modded in some way as Mik3h stated.

@JOSh765 To burn a PS2 CD-ROM based game check here:
14. Q. How do I burn PS2 CD-ROM based games?
A. Use Alcohol 120%. Open Alcohol 120%. Go to File-->Open and browse to your bin file. Double click it. Once it's open in Alcohol 120%, right click it and go to image burning wizard. Set the write speed to 4x, the write method to DAO/SAO, the data type to PS2, and select your recorder, click next.

You need the CUE file to be there in the same folder as the BIN file.

I put both the files in a new folder called "metal slg 4", u then opened alcohol 120%
I then clicked on the image burning wizard, i opened up the folder which i wanted to burn there was only one file in it called
"Metal.Slug.4.[Game.PS2]", i put that in the place where it should be put i then clicked on next and i got the message
"Unrecognided file format for recording!
Please insert a recognised image file for recording!"
What have i done wrong!?
I dont know if it wud be anyhelp but the file it says its going to burn is
"C:\Documents and Settings\phill\My Documents\Metal Slug 4\Metal.Slug.4.[Game.PS2].cue".
Could that be a problem?

Alcohol 120% doesn't require the cue file to burn CD-ROM games, it just saves you some tinkering. If you get the unrecognized file type menu, make sure you change the mode to mode 2. It should recognize the cue file. You go to File-->Open. Browse to the cue file and double click it. Now you'll see it on the list in Alcohol 120%. Right click it, select image burning wizard. You can set the write method to DAO/SAO or leave it alone, it doesn't really matter. Make sure the cue file and bin file are in the same folder, as Mik3h suggested. Other that follow the instructions I posted. I know they work, because that's how I burn my PS2 CD-ROM based games.
