Hi
I have searched a lot but can't find how to forward port range for Thompson/Alcatel 500 router. My connection is broad Band. My Download speed is 98 KB/S and uploads speed 176 KB/S. I am using Bit Tornado to download form Bittornet and made sure that firewalls are off for both and the PC confirmed that by asking me to turn it off/on. I have no antivirus programs and tried to forward the ports indivdully in my router from 6881-6889 and 10000-10004 all TCP.

The problem is i can't download higher than 10 KB/S most of time it is 1 or 6 KB/s and made sure tat the upload rate is 40 and there are many seeders nuts can't get a green light at all. May be the problem is configuring my router since there are no option in the set up that has (port range) configuration.
I had to enter each port and entered about 20 ports from 10000-10004 and 6881-6889. Oh yeah when testing port using Shield up program ports 6881-6889 appeared as closed while 10000-10004 appeared as Stealth. Is this correct?

The only guide I found in www.Portforwarding.com didn?t include port range and asks to enter some ports twice as TCP and UDP and leaving the rest as
Can anyone advise or direct me to guide to configure the Port range for Alcatel 500 router for Bittornado conncetion.

Please Help.Thanks..
