o.k. maybe this is just me freaking out, but one of the most friggin' awesomest EVER servers on eMule seems to have gone dead. Many of you will know one I am referring in particular, i.e. the awesome (and the ORIGINAL) Razorback 2.0 Dual Opteron server.
I got this log message when trying to connect a few mins ago:

"10/1/2005 1:34:19 AM: Razorback 2.0 (195.245.244.243:4661) appears to be dead."

Maybe this is just a normal operational thing (maintenance) or a one-off thing, but I somehow doubt it, especially in light of all the RIAA and other lawsuits going on. Not to mention, that within the past month or so, fake Razorback servers, numbered 2.1 all the way up through 2.5 and even Razorback 3.0 have appeared, but which I read on some other forum (maybe cdfreaks.com) that they are decoys put up and monitored by the RIAA and also, that they have flooded many P2P services with fake content; files that get 99.999999999% complete and then crap out on you. (Which for most of us computer savvy users is really not a problem, and somewhat of a joke, considering the binary wonders of file hashes. =) Anyways really this rant is maybe just a sinking feeling of foreboding, but then the first post I saw when I signed on tonight to Afterdawn.com is that the RIAA has again sued some 700+ unfortunate souls. And of course we all know that eDonkey has shut down as well. WTF is the world coming to? oh... also if anyone has some definate info about the status of Razorback 2.0 please feel free to post. Peace out all you G-Dawgs.

Can't believe it myself. But I guess it's true. The world gets sadder and sadder as days go by. Emule will never be the same without Razorback.
