I'm not picking up any sound. What should I select in the output. I've been selecting decode to Wav. Is this the problem?
Thanks for any help.

Yes I have. I think my problem might be when encoding TMPGE. Where do I select? There are three catagories listed. I always choose the first NTSC Viedo listed, where should I select?
Everthing seems to work fine except audio. Should I be able to hear sound in playback before burning?
Thanks to anyone who has answer.

I'm using the latest version. I tried to fast forward and found sound at thirty minutes into movie but totally out of sync. I loaded from the bottom field first, should I try the other way? I'm using NTSC Film.
Thanks

In the main tmpgenc wizard the first 3 vcd settings are the output file you are trying to create if you live in the US then select vcd ntsc
if u live in Europe or almost anywhere else use pal
also the wizard analyses the field order and selects the correct setting so leave this alone
i cant see how either of these would cause problems with audio,
in dvd2avi the settings should be dolby digital/ decode and dolby surround downmix checked
and also under 48>44.1 khz the setting should be HIGH then you should select SAVE PROJECT
if the particular version of dvd2avi causes problems try the one available here http://www.fixitsguide.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/downloads.htm
