hello guys i just got an athlon xp 1800+ for overclocking only just to try they say older amd xp´s are higher overclockers than newones like my danm! lock barto (2800 xp).

so i wanna know from other people xperience with this cpu..

Maybe take a look at this. It will all depend on what motherboard you have and how good your memory is as well, it is not just the CPU itself that allows the best overclocking. http://www.computing.net/cpus/wwwboard/forum/12141.html

Just read your PC specs. You should have no trouble overclocking this CPU with that motherboard and memory, the settings are listed in the link given before.
