ok im sure this has been asked like a million times and ive been reading lots of threads and trying different stuff and nothing is working, so i thought id post my specific problem. i just got bellsouth dsl with a westell 2200 modem and my speed was about 90kb/s. now, only a few days later its sunk to about 4kb/s but my upload speed is about 30ish. i dont get why my upload speed is so much higher. i also cant connect to many people, a torrent with 1000s of seeds and i can connect to about 5. i tried the thing with ports 6881-6883 and that hasnt done anything.anyone know what to try?

you are probably capped, that means you may have a download limit! check your subscription details! ;)

i think its unlimited. the more i watch my files the more i think its cause i cant connect to almost anyone. according to one site my connectivity is bad and occasionally goes to ok, whereas it used to be good on 56k. is there anyway to make that better? i also noticed in the past few days that my speeds shoot up at around 10am even tho its the same peers...
