I recently tried to burn a dual layer disk for use in my YUKAI stand alone dvd/hdd recorder. I bought the Player/recorder from e-buyer. I wondered if anyone has made a dual layer dvd play on a stand alone system. My M8 has also tried the disk in a panasonic player with similar failure. The disk works fine in the P.C in the dual layer drive in which it was recorded.

 You need to make sure that you booktype the DVD+R DL to DVD-ROM, if you don't you'll have problems when you try to play it back on other players ...
