I need some help making my ip address static ive read the articles about how u go through network connection properties then into tcp/ip properties and then u insert ur ip address, subnet mask, default gateway and dns severs but the probz is that when i go to get my ipconfig/all i dont get a ip address like 192.168.**.**. i get 10.1.1.3 can someone help me out i saw once on the boards programs or sites that create static ip address for you but i couldn find it again
