Can I make a menue from scratch?

I am trying to join Gangs of New York to one disc with menues for the whole movie. Does any one know how to do this with out nero? Is there a menue editing prog out there I could mess with?

have a look in the guides section at the top of the page to see if the program i suggest fits the bill.If it does you can dopwnload the trial version from either filepedia (link at botton of the page) or from the pegasys website.

Thank you andmerr,
Your suggestion solved both my problems.(Joining the files from 2 discs and a menu) I haven't burned it yet but it seems to work fine from my hdd. I had to go with the advanced guid but it was really simple. Thanks again.
